  Hovannisian rallies for March 11-25 authorized  March 2, 2013 - 19:40 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Yerevan Municipality has authorized former presidential candidate, Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian to hold rallies in Yerevan’s Liberty Square from March 11-March 25. The municipality earlier authorized the ex-candidate to organize rallies from March 2-10.
