As Stepan Safaryan told a press conference, the report on violations was not submitted to the Central Election Commission. “Though we have resolved to file an address to the Constitutional Court, we have no hope that it will address the issue,” he said. Dwelling on the observation as to why the party’s representatives signed the protocols in the election districts, Mr Safaryan called attention to the factors of fears and being threatened. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
