According to media outlets, deputy head of Armenian National Security Service Felix Tsolakyan is likely to assume the post, with the latter, however, refuting the rumors. Lieutenant General Felix Tsolakyan was born in 1952 in Nerkin Jrap village of Shirak province. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
