 Genocide 100th anniversary stamp design contest announced March 11, 2013 - 14:00 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Haypost CJSC has announced a stamp design contest titled “Armenian Genocide 100th anniversary.” Armenian Minister of Transport and Communication will select the winner, based on the assessment of the state symbols of postal payment board.
