Adam Sandler, Drew Barrymore to reunite for romantic comedy

PanARMENIAN.Net - Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore are set to reunite onscreen once again, Collider said.

Sandler recently committed to starring in an untitled romantic comedy for Warner Bros. with his Click director Frank Coraci at the helm, and now Variety reports that Barrymore has signed on to play the female lead.

The story centers on “a couple who, after disastrous blind date, are stuck together in a family resort with their children from previous marriages.”

Sandler and Barrymore previously starred together in The Wedding Singer and 50 First Dates, two of Sandler’s better comedic films. Ivan Menchell and Clare Sera wrote the script, and production is set to get underway in May.
