NAGORNO KARABAKH AUTHORITIES CONVEYED CAPTIVE ELMEDDIN ABIYEV TO AZERI PARTY

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno Karabakh authorities conveyed prisoner of war Elmeddin Abiyev to the Azeri party February 6. Let us remind that Azeri army serviceman Abiyev was captured January 8 of this year when an Azeri diversion and intelligence group tried to penetrate into the Karabakh territory in the Aghdam lot. Within all the period of time he was visited by representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and OSCE. As reported by the NKR foreign ministry press service, E. Abiyev was passed to Azerbaijan on the decision of NKR president Arkady Ghukasian and with the cooperation of the NKR state commission on prisoners of war, hostages and the missing with the ICRC representation in Nagorno Karabakh.
