  Heritage to announce list for Yerevan City Council polls March 22 March 15, 2013 - 20:51 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Heritage party will announce its list for Yerevan City Council elections during March 22 rally in Liberty Square, party leader, former presidential candidate Raffi Hovannisian said. “Armenian people will regain power. Our people will participate in all elections, including Yerevan city council polls. The list to be announced next Friday will win. One of us will become the next mayor of Yerevan. We will return the city to Armenian people,” Hovannisian said, adding that the rally will be held at 6 pm, local time.
