  Ex-candidate Hovannisian says parliament speaker "no mediator" March 18, 2013 - 17:38 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The ex-candidate in Armenia's presidential elections, Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian sees the visit of parliament speaker Hovik Abrahamyan as a mere courtesy call in an attempt to solve current situation. As the ex-candidate, who's staged a hunger strike, noted "Abrahamyan can't be serving as a mediator between President Sargsyan and me. I'm ready to consider spoken or written suggestions from Sargsyan, yet Abrahamyan is not in a position to make any me offers." The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
