Israeli PM to gift Obama with gold-coated nano-chip March 18, 2013 - 13:42 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will be giving U.S. President Barack Obama a gold-coated nano-chip etched with the Israeli and U.S. declarations of independence, a Prime Minister's Office spokesman said Monday, March 18. Obama was set to arrive in Israel for a three-day visit on Wednesday, The Jerusalem Post reported.
