2 cases of skin anthrax discovered in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - 2 cases of skin anthrax were discovered in Armenia on Tuesday, March 19, with one of the patients identified as the citizen of Georgia.

Before traveling to Yerevan on March 15, both patients had been slaughtering cattle in a Georgian village.

Laboratory tests confirmed the anthrax diagnosis. The patients’ state is assessed as satisfactory with recovery dynamics reported.
