Small bomb explodes near Istanbul state offices![]() March 20, 2013 - 12:20 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A small bomb exploded near state offices on the Asian side of Istanbul on Wednesday, March 20 damaging windows but resulting in no casualties, Turkish media reports said, the latest in a series of blasts before an expected Kurdish rebel ceasefire. Turkey's justice ministry and the offices of its ruling AK Party were attacked with homemade bombs and a shoulder-fired missile in the capital Ankara on Tuesday, but no one has claimed responsibility, Reuters reported. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
