Öcalan’s message to be read out March 21![]() March 20, 2013 - 16:15 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The message sent by the jailed leader of the outlawed Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK), Abdullah Öcalan, regarding the ongoing peace process and the possible disarmament of the outlawed group, will be read out loud in Turkish and Kurdish languages to public in Diyarbakır tomorrow March 21 during the Nevruz celebrations, Hürriyet Daily News reported. “We will receive the message from the intelligence agency today and it will be read by two lawmakers in Turkish and Kurdish,” Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) co-chair Selahattin Demirtaş said. Diyarbakır is getting ready for a historic meeting as thousands are expected to celebrate Nevruz, in a meeting which will be a milestone in the ongoing peace process as Öcalan is expected to deliver a road map. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
