Oscar-nommed Hailee Steinfeld named CinemaCon Star of TomorrowMarch 21, 2013 - 20:53 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Hailee Steinfeld will be presented with the CinemaCon Female Star of Tomorrow Award on April 18 at The Colosseum at Ceasars Palace in Las Vegas, NV, The Holywood reporter said. The Ender's Game actress will also be joined by co-star Asa Butterfield, who will receive the CinemaCon Rising Star of 2013 Award, that same evening. "Having already garnered an Oscar nomination, not to mention international acclaim for her big screen debut in True Grit, Hailee Steinfeld will continue to show audiences this coming year just how amazing a young actress she is with five new films set to hit theaters," CinemaCon managing director Mitch Neuhauser stated in an official press release. Steinfeld will star in the science fiction film Ender's Game, based on Orson Scott Card's novel of the same name, along with Butterfield, Harrison Ford, Viola Davis, Abigail Breslin and Ben Kinglsey. The Gavin Hood-directed film is set to release on Nov. 1, 2013. Neuhauser also noted that Butterfield's recent achievements make him the perfect candidate for the Rising Star award: "With a stunning turn in the title role of Hugo, Butterfield has already proven himself as one to watch in Hollywood."
