Ivan Volynkin appointed Russian envoy to Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - President Vladimir Putin has appointed Ivan Volynkin, formerly employed at the Foreign Ministry, as the Ambassador of Russia to Armenia.

Volynkin will replace Vyacheslav Kovalenko, who’s been occupying the post since 2009.
