  Artsakh President meets defense army supreme command staff March 25, 2013 - 13:20 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On March 25, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan held a consultation with the supreme command staff of the NKR defense army, headed by defense minister Movses Hakobyan. Army building, situation along Nagorno-Karabakh-Azerbaijani contact line and amelioration of social conditions of the servicemen were discussed at consultation, Central Information Department at the Artsakh President's Office reported.
