Armenian films screened during Fribourg International Festival![]() March 26, 2013 - 12:20 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Fribourg International Film Festival featured screening of Armenian films, with RA ambassador to Switzerland Charles Aznavour invited as a special guest. Atom Egoyan’s “Ararat”, Sergei Parajanov’s “Sayat-Nova” and Oksana Mirzoyan’s “140 Drams” were screened during the festival. The screenings were followed by discussions, during which Ambassador Aznavour delivered a speech on Armenian people, culture and history, stressing the role of cinema in the Genocide recognition campaign, RA MFA press service reported. ![]() ![]() The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
