Lebanon hosts concert dedicated to Francophonie

PanARMENIAN.Net - On March 25, Armenian embassy in Beirut, in cooperation with Lebanese ministry of culture and Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU) organized a classical music concert, dedicated to Francophonie.

The event featured works by Sergei Rachmaninof, Achille-Claude Debussy, Robert Schumann, Ástor Piazzolla, Aram Khachaturian and Komitas.

Artsakh Republic Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan, Armenian ambassador to Lebanon Ashot Kocharian, leader of the Armenian Prelacy of Lebanon Gegham Archbishop Khacheryan, Lebanese officials, as well as ambassadors accredited in the country attended the event, RA MFA press service reported.
