The official says the mortar rounds struck the university's architecture department in the central Baramkeh district on Thursday, March 28. He spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to give official statements. The government-run Al-Ikhbariya TV station says the mortar shells struck the cafeteria and showed footage of tables and chairs turned upside down, shattered glass and blood on the floor. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit.
