  High time Baku stopped creating new dividing lines – deputy FM March 30, 2013 - 18:50 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian deputy foreign minister noted it unwise for a country to aim cooperation against others in the modern world. Commenting on Azeri foreign minister Elmar Mamedyarov’s statement dubbing cooperation between Georgia, Azerbaijan and Turkey a message against Armenia, Shavarsh Kocharyan stressed the need for Azerbaijan to stop pursuing the policy of creating new dividing lines with an aim to maintain the hereditary authoritarian power. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
