Mammadyarov: Prague Process Implies Ways of Karabakh Settlement

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Prague process implies ways of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov stated during the meeting with the delegation led by Deputy Chairman of Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe (PACE) Committee on Legal Issues and Human Rights Eduard Lintner. According to Mammadyarov, "first the seized territories around Nagorno Karabakh should be liberated and only then other components including returning of refugees and forced migrants, restoration of transport and communication lines in the region, can be discussed. The above mentioned, in his words, will create a favorable atmosphere for determination of the status of Nagorno Karabakh.
