  Armenia to assume BSEC chairmanship in July 2013 April 3, 2013 - 17:39 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with the new Secretary General of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) Victor Tvirkunin. At the meeting, the parties exchanged views on Armenia’s oncoming BSEC chairmanship, also focusing on the main priorities during the chairmanship period (July to December.) Nalbandian stressed the sectors of IT, science, and tourism as those requiring special attention, with the parties further discussing strengthening of economic cooperation between the BSEC states.
