  PACE Mission to Observe Constitution Referendum in ArmeniaNovember 3, 2005 - 17:33 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Your Choice Armenian NGO and the PACE mission have registered at the Central Electoral Commission for observing the referendum on reforms of the Constitution of Armenia scheduled November 27. Two parties -Hnchakyan Social Democratic Party and the National Democratic Union have also registered for the same purpose. The deadline of applying for observing the referendum is November 17 - ten days before the holding of the referendum, reported IA Regnum.
