Artsakh President says cooperation with Germany important

PanARMENIAN.Net - On April 4, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received Matthias Wilkes, the head of Bergstrasse District State of Hessen of the Federal Republic of Germany and Stiven Brayan Fera, honorary consul of Armenia in Hessen.

Establishment and development of cooperation between Artsakh and Hessen were discussed during the meeting.

President Sahakyan conveyed Artsakh’s interest in cooperation with Germany and its various administrative entities, rating it high from political, economic and humanitarian perspectives. In this context, he welcomed the willingness of Hessen to foster German language teaching in educational institutions of Artsakh, deeming it a promising start of bilateral relations, Central Information Department at Artsakh President's office reported.
