  Hovannisian supporters allowed to march down Baghramyan avenue  April 9, 2013 - 23:51 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Heritage party leader, former presidential candidate Raffi Hovannisian met with Armenian police chief Vladimir Gasparyan. Hovannisian noted after the meeting that permission was granted to march down Baghramyan avenue, urging his supporters to sing the national anthem when passing by the presidential residence and later return to Liberty Square.
