  Yerevan-based officer-psychologists visit NKR April 13, 2013 - 19:21 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Defense Minister of Nagorno Karabakh Republic, Lieutenant General Movses Hakobyan met with officer-psychologists and representatives of Yerevan State University’s “Resource for Strategic Studies” Center, currently in Stepanakert to conduct a seminar. According to NKR defense minister, the seminar titled “Basic techniques of psychological assistance” will foster the improvement of the institute of officers and psychologists in NKR. The army commander further answered the guests’ questions, NKR defense ministry’s press service reported.
