Special envoy of OSCE Chairman-in-Office arrives in Baku

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov met a delegation led by the Special Envoy of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrey Deshitsa, Trend News reported.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, the OSCE Chairman's visit to Azerbaijan and other issues on the OSCE agenda.

Mammadyarov said the delay in the settlement of the conflict is the main obstacle to peace and stability in the region, and stressed the importance of increasing the OSCE Minsk Group's efforts in the settlement process.
