93% of Armenian population to benefit from EU free trade agreementApril 17, 2013 - 15:57 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The results of the research revealing the influence of the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement on the economies of Armenia and EU were announced on Wednesday, April 17 in Yerevan. According to preliminary report, 93% of Armenian population will benefit from the agreement that may promote economy growth, increase in incomes, and a certain drop in prices. The agreement will also boost the country’s economic competitiveness, increasing export possibilities for Armenia. ECORYS (Netherlands,) CASE (Poland,) as well as independent experts from Armenia are in charge of the research, with final results to be released in September-October 2013.
