  Foreign Ministry spokesman: Armenia will continue democratic reforms April 23, 2013 - 16:22 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesman commented on the recent U.S. State Department report criticizing human rights situation in Armenia. “We’ve repeatedly stressed the determination of the government of Armenia to continue with democratic reforms despite the reports and their content,” Tigran Balayan said. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
