 NGOs, political organizations to join April 23 torchlight procession April 23, 2013 - 17:59 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Youth Foundation, a number of NGOs and political organizations have expressed readiness to join the traditional torchlight procession, organized by ARF Dashnaktsutyun and Nikol Aghbalyan student unions.
