3 a.m.: 96.2% Armenians Abroad Backed Constitutional Amendments.November 28, 2005 - 03:44 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to the CEC, by 3 a.m. local time 3 468 (88.1%) out of 3 937 RA citizens voted in the constitutional referendum abroad. 3 366 (96.2%) voted for; 113 (3.3%) voted against. 19 ballots were declared invalid.To remind, according to the returns of the voting in 1933 constituencies 1 001 775 (65.7%) out of 1 525 425 took part in the referendum. 933 181 (93.2%) voted for the adoption of the constitutional amendments; 15 988 (5.7%) voted against. 16 988 ballots were declared invalid.
