 Narine Narimanyan quits as NKR Minister of Labor and Social Affairs April 25, 2013 - 16:34 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree Thursday, April 25, to release Narine Narimanyan frоm the post of NKR Minister of Labor and Social Affairs upon her own request in connection with assuming a new position. According to another presidential decree, Samvel Avanesyan was appointed as NKR Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, reported the Central Information Department at the Artsakh President’s Office.
