Parliamentary hearings on alternative service held in Yerevan

PanARMENIAN.Net - At the initiative of Armenian National Assembly’s Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs, parliamentary hearings on “Alternative service enforcement problems” were held in Yerevan, with MPs, representatives of state institutions and NGOs present.

Head of the committee Koryun Nahapetyan noted that the package of bills on making amendments to RA laws on “alternative service” and “RA criminal code enforcement” was adopted on March 18.

The MPs further exchanged ideas on the bills, with the committee finding it appropriate to hold parliamentary hearings on the issue.
