To note, Zaven Pluzyan represented National Unity opposition party, which boycotted the constitutional referendum in November 27 and recalled its representative form the CEC. Meanwhile the Central Electoral Commission said Zaven Pluzyan was resigned on his own will, reported IA Regnum.
