ARMENIAN FOREIGN MINISTER LEFT FOR PARIS TO PARTICIPATE IN "ARMENIA IN XXI CENTURY" FORUMJanuary 31, 2003 - 18:33 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian foreign minister Vardan Oskanian has left for Paris to participate in "Pro-Armenia: Armenia in the XXI Century" international conference.
