Deputy FM attends Community of Democracies ConferenceApril 29, 2013 - 12:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On April 27, 7th Ministerial Conference of the Community of Democracies kicked off in Ulaanbaatar, with Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Manasaryan participating. The conference brought together over 300 delegates from 100 countries, with Mongolian Prime Minister Norovyn Altankhuyag delivering the opening speech. Deputy minister Manasaryan attended the plenary sittings on parliament and civil society. On April 28, he met with his Mongolian counterpart Ganhuyag, with the bilateral relations, as well as the legal framework discussed. Community of Democracies is an intergovernmental organization established in 2000.
