  Heritage rep. says Hello Yerevan will change current system  May 1, 2013 - 16:17 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Hello Yerevan bloc of parties has nominated worthy candidates for the upcoming Yerevan city council elections, Heritage party board secretary general said. During May 1 rally in Yerevan’s Liberty Square Stepan Safaryan said Armenia currently faces tough times, with the unemployment fostering huge emigration flows. “Hello Yerevan aims to change the system,” he said. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
