 Authorities act against ANC – party member May 2, 2013 - 16:25 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian National Congress (ANC) party faced some difficulties during the launch of Yerevan city council election campaign, ANC member said. “We must overthrow the current system and start a power shift in Yerevan” Vahagn Khachatryan told a press conference, adding that the measures taken by the ruling authorities are aimed against them. He further stressed the need of power shift, adding that the current system will cause problems for the opposition candidate. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
