 RPA cancels May 3 rally May 3, 2013 - 12:03 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) has cancelled May 3 rally, Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan’s spokesperson said. “Mayor Margaryan will hold 5 meetings in Kentron administrative district on May 3,” Shushan Sardaryan said.
