  FM: Reforms enabled Armenia’s CoE Ministers Committee chairmanship May 3, 2013 - 21:59 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Reforms implemented in Armenia made the country’s chairmanship in the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe possible, Foreign Minister said. “During his visit, the CoE Secretary General welcomed the high quality of cooperation with Armenia,” Edward Nalbandian noted. “Serious efforts were undertaken to carry out the reforms, with Armenia paying special attention to resolve the issues voiced by PACE rapporteurs,” he said.
