  Ter-Petrossian: those failing to vote have no right to complain May 5, 2013 - 19:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The leader of Armenian National Congress party, the 1st Armenian president Levon Ter-Petrossian voted in Yerevan City Council elections. In a conversation with journalists he confessed to having no specific expectations, further urging Yerevan residents to vote. “People must understand that they are the only ones to determine their future.
