  OSCE representative urges for speedy settlement of Karabakh issue May 6, 2013 - 21:13 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement is in the focus of OSCE, the organization’s Parliamentary Assembly Special Representative on South Caucasus said during a meeting with the chairman of the Milli Mejlis of Azerbaijan Oktay Asadov. Joao Soares described Karabakh conflict as an acute issue, needing speedy resolution. “OSCE is taking necessary measures aimed at the problem solution,” he said.
