  Billboards featuring Armenia, Artsakh's national heroes being installed in NKR May 10, 2013 - 15:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Media Group Fedayi project and Azatamartik NGO, sponsored by Nagorno Karabakh Republic government continue installation of billboards featuring national heroes of Armenia and Artsakh – legendary commanders Ashot Ghulyan (Bekor) and Yuri Poghosyan. The billboards have been installed in NKR’s Shushi administrative district as well as Shushi-Stepanakert highway. The initiative was launched in autumn 2011, with the billboard featuring Monte Melkonyan installed in NKR’s Kashatagh administrative district, near the town of Berdzor, and at Goris-Stepanakert highway.
