7 Armenian boxers to participate in European championships![]() May 13, 2013 - 15:06 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian boxing team resumed trainings in Yerevan after a practice session in Tsaghkadzor, chief coach said. In conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, Karen Aghamalyan noted that 7 boxers will represent Armenia at the European championships in Minsk. “On May 19-29, we will conduct a joint practice session in Kyiv with the athletes from Ukraine, France, Ireland and Azerbaijan,” the coach said. Mr. Aghamalyan announced Armenia’s line-up as follows: Hovhannes Danielyan (49 kg), Narek Abgaryan (52 kg), Aram Avagyan (56 kg), Hovhannes Bochkov (60 kg), Ara Puluzyan (64 kg), Arman Hovikyan (75 kg) and Armen Simonyan (91 kg). ![]() ![]() Armenia’s Narek Manasyan (92kg) won Armenia’s second silver medal at the European Boxing Championships 2024 on April 28.
