Armenian National Movement mustn’t be closed, party members say

PanARMENIAN.Net - Members of Armenian National Movement Alexander Arzumanyan, Karapet Rubinyan, Hovhannes Igityan and Ararat Zurabyan initiated the re-registration of the party, believing the latter mustn’t be closed.

As Arzumanyan told a May 14 news conference, at present, over 200 people jointed the initiative, with the re-registration process already launched. A relevant request has been sent to Justice Ministry, with the party financing to be implemented through membership fees.

The party’s founding convention is due September 14, with a number of technical issues to be resolved ahead of it.
