The video of the performance at SXSW has emerged online, Digital Spy said. Billy Corgan's band released their ninth studio album Oceania last year. They will play three tour dates in Manchester, Glasgow and London in July. 'Space Oddity' was recently covered by Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield, who returned from his stint on the International Space Station May 13. The Smashing Pumpkins' cover will air as part of the Guitar Centre Sessions on DirecTV in the US on May 17.
