  Armenia to assume CoE Ministers Committee chairmanship May 16 May 15, 2013 - 11:42 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian will travel to Strasbourg on May 15-16 to attend the Council of Europe foreign ministers summit. During the summit, Armenia will assume the chairmanship of the CoE Committee of Ministers, Foreign Ministry press service reported.
