  Armenian govt. to cover 30% of gas charges for population  May 16, 2013 - 14:13 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan addressed an official letter to the Public Services Regulatory Commission over the reconsideration of gas prices. He noted that ArmRusgasprom CJSC earlier addressed the commission with an offer to reconsider natural gas prices that must be set at USD 270 for 1 thousand cubic meters. “The letter addressed to the head of the commission Robert Nazaryan covey’s the government’s readiness to cover 30% of the gas charges, with the current position to operate for the consumers in need,” PM Sargsyan said. In this context he noted that public discussions will be held, with political parties and NGOs to participate.
