NKR New Permanent Representative in Armenia Appointed

PanARMENIAN.Net - Karlen Avetisian was appointed Nagorno Karabakh's Permanent representative in Armenia. NKR Former Foreign Minister Arman Melikian has performed the duty so far. Nagorno Karabakh has representative offices in Russia, the U.S., Near East and Australia.
