Armenia, Artsakh discuss parliamentary cooperation![]() May 20, 2013 - 10:43 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - President of the Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic Bako Sahakyan met with some members of the Armenian National Assembly’s standing commission on foreign relations headed by its chairman Artak Zakaryan. Cooperation between the parliaments of the two Armenian states was in the focus of the meeting, with both sides stressing the necessity for its further development, reported the Central Information Department at the Artsakh President’s Office. ![]() ![]() The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
