Azeris target Armenian Defense Minister's helicopter, villagers say

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azeri armed forces opened fire on a helicopter, with Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan aboard on Sunday, May 19.

The shooting had been heard and seen by the rural residents near the town of Noyemberyan in Armenia's Tavush province, Defense Ministry spokesman Artsrun Hovhannisyan told PanARMENIAN.Net

However, he said, since the helicopter wasn't damaged, there's no evidence as to the above except the accounts of the villagers.
